Only administrators can log on to fix the problem.tau sih, klo error tersebut berhubungan dengan Event Viewer yg di Administrative Tools, cuma biar lebih mantap jadi cari2 info dulu di internet. Ketemu deh halaman dari situsnya microsoft. Isinya kurang lebih sbb.,

Pas mau login ke Windows (XP ato Server 2003) muncul keterangan,

The security log on this system is fullaja klo kita loginnya secara remote (dari komputer laen).
PENYEBAB
Hal ini terjadi karena Security log-nya udah penuh / mencapai limit. Jadi ga ada Event yg bisa ditulis lagi. Cuma Administrator yg bisa masuk ke komputer.
PENYELESAIAN
Untuk membenahi masalah tersebut, kita mesti login pake akun Administrator, trus ikuti langkah berikut,
- Klik Start, All Programs, Administrative Tools, trus klik Event Viewer.
- Klik kanan Security, klik Properties.
- Di bagian Log Size pada kotak Security Properties, klik pilihan Overwrite events as needed di bawah When maximum log size is reached:
- Klik OK.
- Tutup Event Viewer.
